Education

Ms. Flack is a highly-trained violin teacher. Through Suzuki Association of the Americas teacher training, and under master teachers Ronda Cole and Timothy Durbin, Ms. Flack has completed the following courses:
- Suzuki Principles in Action
- Violin Units 1-10
- Violin Practicum
- Violin Technique and Tone Production to Take Intermediate Students to Advanced Levels
- The Progressive Enrichment of Repertory: Viola, Violin
- Every Child Can!
Ms. Flack is also trained by the British Suzuki Institute in London, England, and has achieved Accredited Level III through the European Suzuki Exams and Training. Her pedagogy teachers include Sally O'Reilly and Marla Mutschler whose teachers and pedagogical influences include Josef Gingold and Paul Rolland.
Ms. Flack began studying violin through the Suzuki method when she was eight years old and holds degrees from Indiana University and Louisiana State Univeristy. She sets an example for her students by continuing her teacher training at every opportunity. Ms. Flack currently studies with Ronda Cole Northern of the Virginia Suzuki Music School.

Ms. Flack is an accomplished violin teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She has been teaching students privately in her own studio and has been a clinician and teacher at many prestigious schools, events, and institutes as well. Her instructional experience includes work with:
